• Account information: When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address and name.
• Photos: Photos you upload (hand photos, reference images) are processed by our AI service to generate nail art previews. Photos are sent to our AI provider and are not stored on our servers beyond the generation session.
• Usage data: We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the app experience.
• Designs: AI-generated designs you save are stored locally on your device using encrypted storage.

• To provide and improve the Nailo service
• To generate AI nail art designs based on your inputs
• To manage your account and subscription
• To send important service notifications (with your permission)
• To analyze app usage and improve features

3. Third-Party Services

Nailo uses the following third-party services:

• Kie.ai: Powers our AI image generation. Your uploaded photos are sent to Kie.ai servers for processing.
• Supabase: Manages user authentication and profile data.
• Pexels: Provides trending nail art inspiration photos.
• ImgBB: Temporarily hosts images during AI processing.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Locally saved designs are stored only on your device and can be deleted within the app at any time.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@nailoapp.com. You may also revoke permissions (camera, photo library) through your device settings at any time.

6. Children's Privacy

Nailo is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of Nailo after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
